Have A Good Cry

Yes, you heard right. That’s what we’re encouraging you to do at some point today. Don’t hold back. Let the tears flow. Scientists have proven that, contrary to popular belief, crying is actually a good and healthy exercise that, among other things, gets rid of toxins from the body, provides stress relief, and proves your humanity.
