Luther Buchanan – Westmoreland Eastern
Luther Buchanan is the Member of Parliament for the constituency of Westmoreland Eastern. Here are some facts about him:
- Buchanan is a graduate of the St Elizabeth Technical High School, Jamaican German Automotive School, holds certificates from the Management Institute for National Development (MIND) and the University College of the Caribbean (UCC).
- He started his professional career as an Auto Mechanics teacher at the Maggoty High School. He then moved to the Godfrey Stewart High School in Westmoreland.
- He has served as Minister of State in three different ministries: Ministry of Water, Land, Environment and Climate Change; Ministry of Transport, Works and Housing and the Ministry of Health.
