Grace Tomato Ketchup’s Spicy Curry Dip
3 cups Grace Tomato Ketchup
3 tbsps curry powder
1 tbsp Grace Scotch Bonnet Hot
Pepper sauce (yellow)
1 tsp Grace Vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 tsps Grace Fish and Meat
1/4 tsp salt
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.
2. Pour the whisked mixture into a saucepan.
3. Place over medium flame and bring to a boil.
4. Lower flame; stirring constantly and leave to simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
