  1. Dive into the action at the ASAJ Christmas Open Swimming Championships, starting today at 5PM and running through Sunday at the National Stadium Pool. View the programme here and contact the ASAJ at 920-6229 or 920-6230 for more information.
  2. Watch the movements at the National Dance Theatre Company’s (NDTC) Young Choreographers Showcase on Saturday, December 14, at the NDTC’s Studio, 4 Tom Redcam Avenue. The show begins at 7PM. Contribution: $800.
  3. Do some early Christmas shopping at the Association of Jamaica Potters Annual Art & Craft Fair, on Saturday and Sunday at the Forestry Department grounds, 173 Constant Spring Road. Items on sale include paintings, prints, sculpture, jewellery, candles, soaps and much more.
  4. Enjoy the show and support a worthy cause at First Dance Studio’s HD Showcase, 3-5PM Sunday afternoon at the Black River Theatre, Iberostar Grand Rose Hall Hotel in Montego Bay. The event is being staged in aid of a well needed performing arts centre in western Jamaica. Contribution: $2,000.
  5. Sing along with some of Jamaica’s best voices this Sunday evening at Euphoria Charity Concert, presented by Mr Vegas. Performers include Karyn White, Champaign, Freddie McGregor, Romain Virgo, Christopher Martin, Kevin Downswell, Ernie Smith and more. Admission: $3,000 pre-sold, #3,500 at the gate (general); $5,000 (VIP) and $10,000 (VIP Gold). Proceeds in support of the Mustard Seed Communities.
