Ingredients

2 ripe papayas, seeded and flesh scooped out

1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced

Juice of 1 grapefruit

1 tbs chopped mint

8 ice cubes

Method

1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth.

2. Pour into 1 very large glass, or 2 small ones.
