Ingredients
1/2 medium fit breadfruit
1/2 cup cooked peas
1 small head lettuce
1/2 cup diced cooked carrot
1 large tomato
3 tbs. mayonnaise dressing
Method
1: Wash, peel and cook breadfruit, cut into 1-inch cubes
2: Mix with peas, carrots and dressing
3: Arrange with washed lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes as desired (on a bed of lettuce).
