Members of the People’s National Party (PNP) painted the town orange yesterday for the party’s 77th annual conference. Party president and Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller used the opportunity to tout her administration’s job creation record though the Jamaica Emergency Employment Programme (JEEP) and also announce the creation of at least 28,000 new jobs in the next five years.
