Helpage helps older people claim their rights, challenge discrimination and overcome poverty, so that they can lead dignified, secure, active and healthy lives. Our work is strengthened through our global network of like-minded organisations – the only one of its kind in the world.
The organization works in five thematic areas: Social Protection, Health, Secure Livelihoods, HIV/AIDS, Emergencies, Rights and Discrimination as well as Building Networks. Implemented projects take on an integrative approach and often include multiple thematic areas in a singular project.
