Inflation For January – 0.68%

The country’s inflation rate rose 0.68% in January. This is down from a 1.0% rise for the month of December. On an annualized basis, January’s inflation rate would work out to approximately 8%, similar to what was experienced for the calendar year 2012. A little predictability would be great for the Jamaican economy.
